Fuel Tank

After much fussing and "gentle" persuasion, I slightly modified the breather tube (s-shaped thing that vents the filler tube into the tank) and got the whole tank assembly installed. Had to rob some of the various tubes from the snow-covered hulk out beside the garage. I'm lucky they're the same vintage as there were several designs for the evaporative emissions systems, and it looks like many parts would not be interchangeable. Now I need to get the battery installed so I can test the fuel pump. Sounds easy, but the power steering pump has to be removed to get the battery into its cubbyhole. Also have to figure out the wiring for the three leads for the fuel quantity transmitter.
